Frenchay
This garden in Frenchay was built to catch the last of the sunshine. The steel pergola above the dark clay pavers creates shelter with its roof and acts as an extension of the lounge. We built a very large oak planting bed around the right hand side of the garden which is full of plants and connected together with oak dowels. The porcelain paving and stepping stones break up the space in a practical and functional way which is low maintenance but still plant friendly.
